Welp Howdy pardners, its time to put on your cowboy boots and that 10 gallon hat, and saddle up. Then mosey on down to the HFT corral, cause we got a hilarious musical spoof of many Hollywood's Westerns.
Slick and wealthy Richard Coldheart must marry Polly Wanda Cracker to control the Cracker property. However, it's Polly's homely sister, Prunella, who wants to marry him!
Meanwhile, our hero, Sheriff Wayne John, has his hands full surviving the hilarious antics of well-meaning but not-too-bright Deputy Doowrong. When a bundle of villains, including Snydley Dastardly, Kid Kid and Calamity Jan, attempts to take over Low Humidity Chasm (Aren't you sick and tired of Westerns taking place in Dry Gulch Canyon?), things really go crazy! You will need to pay close attention to whether the Schizophrenic Kid is wearing his white hat or his black hat, so you’ll know whether to cheer or boo.
This wild and wooly Western will bring you to tears with laughter! You'll be whistling to a wide array of Western tunes, such as the lively bluegrass "Wild, Woolly an' Full o' Fleas," the rockabilly "Citizens of Evil" and the lovely ballad, "It's Always Darkest Before the Dawn." We'll see ya at the corral pilgram.
Tickets are available online or at the theater on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm until 8 pm, beginning February 13, 2012. Ticket prices for all plays are $10 for adults and $7 for seniors 55 and over and children 12 and under, unless otherwise stated. Season Tickets are available.
